What is LapDrop?

LapDrop makes device logistics simple for Canadian teams. Whether you're onboarding a new hire or collecting a laptop from a departing employee, LapDrop handles the shipping, tracking, and logistics so you don't have to.

Step 1: Create your account

Head to portal.lapdrop.ca/register and sign up with your work email. No credit card required to get started.

Step 2: Add your team

Invite team members from your dashboard. Each member gets their own portal access to track devices assigned to them.

Step 3: Create your first shipment

Click New Shipment, enter the recipient's address, select the device, and LapDrop generates a prepaid label and sends tracking details automatically.
